Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen, went to her home to inspect the walls and come up with a solution. Jeremy answered all of her questions so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team started the installation by digging five holes outside of the home and inserting a medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior foundation. Next, they screwed on and tightened one of our GeoLock Wall Anchors on the ends of each rod to stabilize and straighten the wall back into it's normal position. To complete the installation, Jose and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Joy couldn't believe how quickly our crew completed the project!

A homeowner in Russel, MN, noticed their foundation walls were bowing significantly. Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which serves as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and prevents mud and water clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier is made to prevent mold and mildew, give the basement a nice and clean appearance, and is flexible enough to cover any uneven surfaces or abnormal walls. To complete the installation, Ryan and his crew covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them to ensure the spae looked better than when they found it. Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team started the installation by digging small holes beyond the foundation wall and inserting a long, metal rod from the interior foundation to each hole outside of the home. At the ends of each rod, our team installed a wall anchor on the interior side and an anchor plate on the exterior side. Wall anchors are the most versatile wall repair method because they can be used to stabilize walls with a variety of problems, such as bowing and tipping walls, and walls that are pushing in. To complete the installation, our tram backfilled each hole and compacted the soil, ensuring the yard was cleaner than when they found it.
