Ken H. in Osseo, WI had two walls in his basement that were cracked and bowing inward. He was concerned that the bowing walls were putting a lot of pressure on his foundation, and he wanted to have it taken care of before it got worse. He contacted the foundation repair experts at American Waterworks, and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to his home to give him a free estimate and provide him with a solution. Chad recommended that we install wall anchors to permanently stabilize his walls and Ken agreed, so they scheduled the installation.
Our production team installed 9 walls anchors along the two bowing walls. The anchors provide stability to the wall because they are drilled deep into the soil surrounding the home. The anchors also start to straighten the wall and the anchors can continue to be tightened over time, if need be. Our wall anchors are backed by a lifetime warranty, so Ken is glad he chose a permanent solution to protect the foundation of his home.

Charles went to their home, carefully examined their problems, and drew out a solution that would resolve their issues. Nicole and Tyler got all of their questions answered, so they moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent mud and water clogs, collect leaking watar from basement walls, and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which serves as an extra wall protectant, prevents mold and humidity. and gives the room a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time, and our SaniDry XP Upright Dehumidifier. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier removes up to 109 liters of water per day and dries up to 2,500 square feet in an 8-foot high basement. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete. Nicole and Tyler were happy with the repairs and could not believe the transformation!

A Rockland, WI, homeowner had been observing her front concrete walkway sinking slowly over the years. She was worried that the sunken concrete would hinder the home from being sold at full value one day, so she decided to search for WI concrete repair companies. When she found our website, she decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the home.
Once Romeo completed his inspection of the sunken concrete, he informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. Romeo explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It fills voids left by soil erosion and works to lift the sunken concrete back into place. Romeo went on to say that he was also recommending the installation of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab and essentially guards the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of Romeo's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our homeowner can resell her home in the future knowing that her concrete is in tip-top shape!
