Our Foreman and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to raise the slab and applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath. Both of these concrete products are two of the most common concrete products that we provide for homeowners.

A homeowner in Westby, WI, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Service department and signed up for their annual maintenance appointment. Once the annual maintenance appointment arrived, our Service Technician, Glenn, traveled to the home to check out the homeowner's products. Glenn promptly arrived at the home and started his thorough inspection of all the products. After ensuring all the previously installed products were running efficiently, Glenn took a closer look at the exterior and interior foundations. Glenn discovered large cracks in the foundation near the front steps. Once he saw the cracks, he knew the foundation needed to be permanently repaired. Glenn wrapped up the appointment and shared his findings with the homeowner. After hearing Glenn's recommendations, the homeowner knew this was the right plan of action. Next, Glenn sent the proposal to our Logistics team to build and finalize the project. After all the project details were finalized, the proposal was passed along to our Foreman, Juan, to begin the installation. A month later, Juan and his team traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Juan and his team started by installing three GeoLock Wall Anchors on the struggling walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. The homeowner was relieved to know their foundation was properly secured. A 19th century home in Bloomer, WI was having trouble with water entering their basement.  We installed a full perimeter drain and sump pump to ensure this basement stays drain during the heaviest rain storms. 

A homeowner in Bloomer, WI was experiencing damp walls on the East side of their foundation.  American Waterworks installed a vapor barrier called CleanSpace in conjunction with our WaterGuard waterproofing system to prevent any further water damage to their home. 

Fred A. of Bloomer, WI had water leaking into his basement after every rain. He saw an American Waterworks print advertisement, so he scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chuck. Chuck inspected Fred's basement and proposed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is our most common interior drainage system. Fred was confident in the product and its features, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard, which is designed to collect water seepage from basement walls and has easily accessible service ports when the time comes for annual maintenance. To complete the install, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock to allow proper water flow and applied a new layer of concrete over it.
