A homeowner from Rushford, MN, was growing frustrated with the concrete patio in front of his home. He used it for extra storage for outdoor materials, but getting those items in and out of the area was difficult because of a few areas of uneven concrete. One night, while watching the local news, the homeowner saw an American Waterworks ad for concrete lifting. He decided to give us a call and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo, headed out of the property.
Once his inspection was complete, he met with the homeowners to give him his recommendations. He stated that we could fix the areas of sinking concrete by using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below concrete slabs. As this PolyLevel expands, it fills voids caused by soil erosion and slowly lifts the concrete slabs back to their original position. He then said that we finish our lifting and leveling process by installing our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent moisture from getting below the slab, causing further soil washout. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Jordan S, headed out to the property to complete the lift. Jordan ran into weather concerns, so the NexusPro had to be installed a few weeks later. Once the job had been completed, our homeowner was thrilled to know that he could use his outdoor space without hassle!

Sam in Arkansaw, WI had three cracked and bowing walls in his basement. He was concerned about the pressure this was putting on his foundation, and he wanted to have his walls repaired before the problem got any worse. After visiting a local home show and talking with one of our Design Specialists, he decided to have us inspect his foundation and provide him with a FREE estimate. Our Specialist recommended that we install wall anchors on two of the walls and PowerBraces on the other. Sam agreed that this was the best solution for him, so he scheduled the installation.
Our production crew installed the wall anchors by drilling small holes through the block foundation into the soil surrounding the home. Then, they dug small holes in the yard that lined up with the anchor rods, and they secured them from the outside and inside of the home with anchor plates. They tightened them as far as they would go to permanently stabilize the wall. Next, they installed the PowerBraces, which are strong steel I-beams that are secured by brackets that are drilled into the floor and the rim joists. These two foundation repair products not only permanently stabilized Sam’s foundation, but they also provide the potential for his walls to straighten back to their original position.
