A homeowner in Elroy, WI, knew it was finally time to have their concrete patio repaired. Wanting a professional fix, the homeowner looked into several concrete lifting companies near them. After sifting through their options, the homeowner's eye was caught by our stellar reviews and ratings. The homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once that estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Will. Will traveled to Elroy and arrived at the home to begin the inspection. After introducing himself to the homeowner, Will began inspecting the sidewalk and patio. Following his inspection, Will determined the entire sidewalk and patio needed to be lifted and leveled. Will discussed his findings with the homeowners but was also able to provide them with a solution. After some deliberation, the homeowner decided to follow Will's plan. Will sent the plans to our office, and then they were directed to our Foreman, Dylon. Dylon and his crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, Dylon and his crew started by lifting the sunken areas with the PolyLevel solution. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that will lift any sunken concrete. Once the areas were lifted, the crew filled the joints with the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based solution. The crew successfully replaced all the joints, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by our crew, so they left wonderful reviews. American Waterwork is happy to assist its customers in accomplishing their concrete repairs. 

Larry and Beth of Warrens, WI had an annual maintenance performed by our Service Technician, Darin. Darin noticed that water was seeping through Larry and Beth's foundation walls. He proposed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is a vapor retarder that prevents water from seeping in and saves money on energy costs. Larry and Beth felt confident that this product would solve their problem, so they scheduled a date for the installation.

A homeowner in Warrens, WI, was growing more and more displeased with sinking concrete leading to his outdoor patio. Not wanting the issue to get worse, the homeowner decided to begin searching for a company that could help with the issue. When he came across our website, he decided to sign up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, headed out to the home. 

Once Romeo finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his diagnosis. He informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with our PolyLevel method. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its desired location. He went on to say that our lifting process is completed with the installation of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the joints and cracks in the concrete. It works to keep any unwanted elements from permeating the concrete. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team were able to successfully lift the concrete, effectively eliminating the tip hazards.

Our SaniDry removes up to 109 liters of water per day, and is more powerful and energy efficient than ever! Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production team started the project by installing 1,431 feet of drainage matting, which gives the water that floods into the crawl space a channel underneath the crawl space liner. It is a useful piece of material in the process to keep any crawl space dry. Next, Cole and his team installed 1,596 feet of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which keeps away odors, mold, termites, cockroaches, mice, and other pests that need excess moisture to survive.
