Our Foreman, Jose, and his crew started the project by breaking out the entire concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which is designed to prevent water clogs and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrer around the entire basement wall perimeter, which is designed to prevent moisture and mold, cover any holes or divots in the foundation, and gives the basement a clean appearance. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which has three layers of water protection, solves all three water problems in one unit, and comes with a battery backup in case of power failure. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps in the floor with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
