Joe E. of Strum, WI had water leaking into his crawl space, causing mold and water moisture problems. He saw an American Waterworks commercial on television regarding crawl space waterproofing, so he called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dustin Loftus. Dustin went to his home, inspected his crawl space, and came up with a solution that fit his needs. He was confident in Dustin's proposal, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by installing 2,175 square feet of drainage matting. The purpose for the drainage matting is to provide extra durability and larger drain channels to handle the job. It directs the water that is flooding the crawl space to the perimeter crawl space drain and the sump pump system. Next, our team installed 3,011 square feet of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to encapsulate the crawl space. This moisture barrier is the most crucial component of crawl space waterproofing. By sealing the crawl space, homeowners keep away odors, termites, cockroaches, ants, crickets, rats, and many other pests.
Joe was very satisfied with the repairs and could not believe the transformation!
Greg J. of Strum, WI had a bowing foundation wall in his old farm home and it was in need of reinforcement. He came across an American Waterworks commercial on television, so he called our office and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Dustin. Dustin went to Greg's home, carefully inspected his foundation wall, and proposed our wall anchor system, which is the most versatile foundation repair system that we provide for homeowners because of its ability to solve a variety of different problems. Greg was confident in the solution, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew installed seven of our wall anchors to straighten and stabilize the foundation wall back to its natural position. This anchor-rod installation involves soil removal, backfill, and minimal disturbance to the home. Greg was happy with the work and had a great experience with our team from start to finish.

Our crew was installing a WaterGuard waterproofing system for a homeowner in West Salem, WI. The crew did such a great job on the discharge line that the homeowner wouldn't even know we were there.
A West Salem, WI homeowner contacted us when he took a nasty tumble over a piece of uneven concrete leading up to an outer door. He didn't want anyone else to get hurt, so he decided to call us and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ross, headed out to the home.
Once Ross completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner and informed him that we could fix the sinking walkway with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and decided to schedule the project for a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Sam, and his team completed the lift with no complications. Now, our customer can walk on their walkways with confidence, knowing trip hazards have been dealt with.

A West Salem, WI, homeowner was surfing the web one day when she stumbled upon an article about radon gas. She read about the hazards that radon gas poses to a household and that the Midwest has some of the highest radon levels in the US due to the geological makeup of the area. The homeowner decided to locate a radon specialist in Wisconsin. Through an internet search, she found our website. She was impressed with our radon gas mitigation system images and decided to sign up for our FREE estimate. While she waited for her appointment, she headed to her local home improvement store to purchase an at-home radon monitoring test.
Several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ross J, was scheduled to head out to the home. When he arrived, he learned that the homeowner had conducted a home test which had indicated higher-than-average radon levels. So, Ross began his appointment looking for the appropriate place to out a mitigation system. When he finished his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner. Ross explained that a typical radon mitigation system consists of a large-diameter plastic pipe that connects the air beneath your foundation to the outdoors. An in-line fan sucks radon-rich air from beneath your foundation and expels this hazardous air to the exterior. Instead of entering your basement or other living space area through numerous gaps and cracks in the foundation, radon gas is extracted from beneath your foundation before it can permeate into interior space. When installed by an experienced radon mitigation specialist, a radon abatement system will lower the concentration of radon gas in your interior air to the minimal levels recommended by the EPA and other health and safety agencies. The homeowner was impressed with Ross's solution and signed on the spot.
The day of the installation eventually rolled around. Our Foreman, Geno, and his team wasted no time getting to work installing the system. After a long day for our crew, our customer was delighted to know that she could put her faith in the air her and her family were breathing in each day!
