We recommended that we install WaterGuard, a lateral line, and a TripleSafe sump pump. She was pleased with our design and the proposal, so she scheduled to have our waterproofing system installed.

Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying the WaterGuard drainage system and a lateral liner. Then, they installed the sump pump in the corner of the basement and filed back the gaps of the drainage system and sump pump with rock. Lastly, they replaced the concrete, The WaterGuard now properly drains water to the sump pump, which then discharges it from the home. Mary was happy with the result and she is thrilled she can now enjoy a dry basement!

Hilary W. of Blair, WI had water leaking into her basement, making her feel nervous about rain and other acts of mother nature. She did some research on nearby basement waterproofing contractors and came across American Waterworks. She got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Charles Haldeman. Charles went to her home, thoroughly inspected her basement, and came up with a solution that fit her needs. 

Our Foreman, Spencer Garland, and his production team began the process by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drainage system, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, which prevents mold and humidity, and acts as an extra wall protectant for leaking basement walls. It also gives the room a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe is the best sump pump in the industry, it comes with a battery back-up, and it solves all three water problems in one system, especially during harsh weather conditions. To complete the installation, Spencer and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Hilary was happy with the repairs and could not believe the transformation!  

A customer from Blair, WI got in touch with us when he began to notice one of his basement walls was beginning to show signs of movement, a symptom of the first stage of wall failure. When he called in, we set him up with a FREE estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Dustin. When Dustin headed out to the property, he completed a thorough inspection of the issue and then made recommendations as to how we could help. He recommended the use of our GeoLock wall anchors to fix the issue. He explained that our anchors work to permanently stabilize the wall by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation of the home. He went on to say that once installed, the anchors can be tightened over time to move with the home. The customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Production crew led by our Foreman, Jose, ended up installing 6 of our GeoLock anchors around the perimeter of the basement. Once the job was completed, our customer was happy to know that he no longer had to worry about his compromised basement wall!
