Homeowners in Stockton, MN had sagging floor joists in their basement, causing them to worry about the structural integrity of their home. Carla C.'s foundation wall was cracking horizontally and bowing slightly. She went on Google, hoping to find a local contractor that could help her. She came across American Waterworks and our foundation repair products, so she scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Mac. Mac went to Carla's house, inspected the foundation wall, and determined the solution of our Wall Anchor System. Carla was comfortable and confident with Mac's presentation, so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his production crew installed five of our wall anchors, which are heavy-duty galvanized earth anchors that are embedded into stable soil outside of the foundation wall. Each anchor is connected by a long, steel rod to a wall plate that provides pressure against the inside of the wall. This system provides the potential to straighten the wall back to its natural position. To complete the project, our Foreman gave a thorough walkthrough with Carla, ensuring she was happy and comfortable with the final product!

Homeowners in Winona called American Waterworks because they needed to get their basement waterproofed. We sent out a design specialist for a free estimate to find a solution for the homeowner's water problem. Our design specialist found a solution personalized for the home and its needs. The homeowners were confident in the solution so they signed off on the project and got the date set. 

On the day of the project, our foreman and crew came in and installed a SuperSump Plus M53, which is designed to discharge water out of the basement by keeping it away from the foundation. A discharge line was installed and attached to the sump to carry the water from the sump basket outside and away from the home. The crew also put in some WaterGuard to help prevent the water.  WaterGuard is designed to prevent mud clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and guide water to the sump pump. The waterproofing solution has satisfied the homeowners and resolved the water issue.

A customer from Winona, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice unwanted water entering their basement. They didn't want the water to further damage the space, so they called into our office to see what could be done. They used their FREE estimate to have one of our Design Specialists, Mac, out to their property to assess the situation. Once he completed his thorough inspection, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could help. Mac recommended the use of our WaterGuard french drainage system. He explained that this system inconspicuously sits below the concrete of the floor, catching any water entering the space and filtering it out to the appropriate disposal site, which Mac recommended to be our SuperSump sump pump, an effective and economical water disposal situation. The customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Production crew, led by Foreman, Kiko, installed 40ft of WaterGuard throughout the basement, along with 1 SuperSump pump. Once the job was completed, our customer was happy to know that their basement waterproofing issues were in the past!
