During the inspection, he took precise measurements to see how far the slabs had sunken and determined the areas that needed lifting and leveling. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Ian began working on a detailed solution. He recommended installing PolyLevel, our poly foam solution that expands in the soil, effectively lifting sunken concrete slabs. Along with PolyLevel, Ian also recommended installing NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to block any water from seeping along the joints. Happy that our products come with a warranty, the homeowner decided to move forward with project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Charlie C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. Once the slabs were successfully lifted and leveled and the joints were sealed, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

A customer from North Dakota got in contact with us about their need to seal off their crawl space area to prevent water from entering. Our Design Specialist, Kole, determined the best plan of action to be to remove any debris such as concrete chunks and rocks, encapsulate the area with CleanSpace, and spray Foamax to seal off any remaining points of entry. Now the homeowners have peace of mind knowing their crawl space will be energy efficient and water-free!

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team broke out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor to form a trench and installed five of our PowerBraces, which are made to stabilize bowing foundation walls and straighten them over time. Next, our crew installed our WaterGuard System in the trench, which serves as an underground drain. To complete the job, Matt and his team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our sump pumps are made to keep basements dry for long periods of time. Next, our team cut out 58 feet of concrete around the floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, Tremaine and his team installed our WaterGuard System, which acts as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and guides water to the sump pump. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Andrew was happy with the work and no longer has to worry about water leaking into his basement!
