A homeowner in Stillwater, MN, noticed an uneven sidewalk leading into their home. Wanting the job done right, the homeowner decided to look into professional options. While looking through the many companies, our impressive service lineup caught the homeowner's eye. Quickly after, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan, to the home to do a full inspection. Once Dylan completed his full inspection, he confirmed the sidewalk did need some help. Additionally, Dylan discovered the foundation was showing signs of settlement. Dylan alerted the homeowner of his findings and recommended that both issues be resolved. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner decided to go with Dylan's suggestions. After receiving the stamp of approval, the plans were sent to two crews, one foundation, and concrete repair crew. First, our Foreman Jose and his crew arrived at the home to install two Helical Piers on the corner of the home. Once the Helical Piers were installed, our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the home to lift and level the sidewalk using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the sidewalk was lifted and leveled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with our crew's craftsmanship. American Waterworks is happy to assist another homeowner.
A homeowner in Stillwater, MN, was growing frustrated with his concrete driveway. It had begun sinking, separating from the garage floor. This resulted in the homeowner having to step on the gas when entering the garage and then slamming on the brakes to not hit items within the garage. He began his research and came across our website. He decided to sign up for our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home. Once our Design Specialist completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that his issues could be fixed by using our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below concrete slabs, slowly filling voids caused by soil erosion, and lifting the slab back to it's desired location. He finished by saying that our installation is completed with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete to prevent unwanted elements from getting beneath the slab. The homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Sam, made quick work of the installation. Now our homeowner can use their driveway without hassle!
