Steve in Lanesboro, MN had a concrete driveway that had sunk roughly two inches after the change in season, so he started researching concrete lifting options. He was interested in learning more about our polymer foam solution, so he contacted us for a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went onsite to inspect his concrete and develop a personalized solution. Steve was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a faster, more durable and less invasive method compared to mudjacking.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete and injected the polymer foam. The foam fills the voids under the concrete and expands, causing the concrete to be lifted. They injected the foam until the concrete slabs were level with the garage floor. This process only took a couple of hours to complete, and now Steve can enjoy beautiful, safe concrete for years to come!

A homeowner in Canton, MN, knew it was time to have their uneven driveway repaired. Knowing this needed a professional solution, the homeowner began looking for the best company for the job. The homeowner looked into concrete driveway repair before and after photos and came across our website. After seeing our impressive concrete before and afters, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent Nate, one of our Design Specialists, to inspect the driveway's status. Nate arrived at the home, introduced himself to the homeowner, and then began his detailed inspection of the driveway. Following his analysis, Nate determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. Once he found the cause of the issue, he could provide the homeowner with a solution. Nate recommended lifting and leveling the driveway. The homeowner agreed and the plans were sent to the office to be finalized. Once the plans were completed, they were directed to our Foreman, Dylon. Dylon and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the crew lifted the garage apron, walkway, and northwest driveway slabs with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the slabs were raised, the crew filled the cracks with the NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based product. The crew successfully finished the project, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Jill from St. Charles, MN, gave us a call when she began to notice that the stairs in front of her home were beginning to sink, creating a gap between the concrete stairs and the slab below. She was afraid that if she didn't address the issue she would run the risk of a tripping hazard forming, potentially costing more to fix later down the road. When she called in she was able to use her FREE estimate, which entitled her to a 3-hour inspection into the issue by one of our Design Specialists from our concrete and radon division. Once he arrived at the property he did his walkthrough, and when completed, made recommendations as to how we could help Jill. Our Design Specialists wanted to use our PolyLevel to lift and level the slab. He explained to Jill that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that, when injected below a concrete slab, fills the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises and stabilizes the concrete surface. To finish the project, he recommended Jill allow us to use our NexusPro joint and crack sealant. He informed Jill that our NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions, ensuring that your concrete will be kept safe from unwanted moisture. Jill gave the green light and work began shortly after. Our Production crew, led by Foreman Ben K., began the process by strategically drilling holes into the concrete slabs, and then injected the foam into the holes. They closely monitored the lifting and leveling process to ensure that the slab returned to its former state. To finish the project, they went over all cracks and joints between the house and the concrete with our NexusPro. When the work had been completed, Jill was happy to know that the potential tripping hazard had been dealt with.
