A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, was noticing dangerous trip hazards forming beyond a set of concrete stairs, leading to her backyard. Not wanting anyone to take an unnecessary tumble, she decided to get in touch with a company to fix the issue. On the recommendation of a family member, she got in touch with American Waterworks, set up her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Canon T, headed out to the home to assess the concrete.
Once his inspection concluded, Canon informed the homeowner that we could remedy the sinking concrete by using our PolyLevel. Canon explained that PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back into place. He went on to say that we finish all of our lifts with the application of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete and works to prevent unwanted debris or moisture from getting beneath the slab, potentially comprising the lift. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and the job was scheduled to be completed a month or so later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no complications. Now our homeowner can breathe easy knowing her trip hazards have been fixed!
A homeowner from Maplewood, MN, was beginning to notice that a section of her concrete patio was beginning to sink. She had been aware of the issue for a few years and had kept a close eye on it. The concrete had sunken more and was now becoming a huge tripping hazard. Now wanting to sacrifice safety in her outdoor oasis, the homeowner decided to find a company to fix the problem. One day, she saw an American Waterworks ad on TV and decided to give us a call to set up her FREE estimate appointment. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home.
Once Kyle completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to let her know that we could fix the sinking patio with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back into place. He went on to say that we completed our lifts with the installation of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to keep moisture and debris away from the soil beneath the slab. The homeowner agreed with Kyle's plan and scheduled the work to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam, and his team were able to lift and seal the entire patio. Now our customer can relax in her outdoor space without worrying about trip hazards!

Our Foreman, Troy, and his team injected 190 pounds of our PolyLevel and 15 feet of our NexusPro. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that lifts concrete and stabilizes the surface. Along with that, it also cures within 15 minutes of injection and is waterproof, unlike mudjacking. Our NexusPro is a unique sealant that gives the concrete a neat appearance and prevents moisture from invading the soil beneath the concrete. To complete the project, Troy performed a final walkthrough with Timothy to ensure he was happy with the project.

A homeowner in Apple Valley, MN, was concerned that her uneven walkway was a tripping hazard for her family, so she decided to look into concrete lifting services in the area. She found our website and was impressed with our before and after photos. Confident that we would do the job correctly and efficiently, she decided to schedule her FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home and inspected the walkway. Kyle also noticed that the homeowner's driveway apron was uneven, so he told the homeowner that both issues could be fixed using our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the joints. He also explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of a sinking concrete is soil washout. When it heavily rains or floods, the water moves through the ground beneath the concrete slabs. The water then washes out the supporting soils, eventually leading to gaps underneath the slab. The homeowner was grateful for Kyle's explanation and decided to move forward with the project. Kyle's design was then sent to our Foreman, Ryan T.
In about a week, Ryan and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the concrete slab. Once the slab has been lifted, the crew makes sure that it is level before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew seals the joints with our long-lasting, high-durability NexusPro. After everything was completed, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
