Sunken Concrete Gets Lifted in White Bear Lake, MN

A homeowner from White Bear Lake, MN, got in touch with us when he noticed a large trip hazard on the concrete in front of his home. He had been aware that the concrete was slowly sinking over time but knew fixing it sooner rather than later would be in his best interest. He began his search for MN concrete repair companies and found our website. He signed up for his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home.

Once Kyle completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to deliver his findings. Kyle explained that concrete can sink for a variety of reasons, but whatever the reason, we could help restore the concrete using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back into place. Kyle went on to say that when the lift is complete, our team will go in with our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed and scheduled the work for several weeks later.

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy W, and his team completed the lift and level with no issues. Now, our customer can enjoy their outdoors without worries of trip hazards!

Sunken Walkway Gets a Lift in Minneapolis, MN

A Minneapolis, MN, homeowner was growing tired of her front walkway. The walkway had been sinking for years, creating numerous trip hazards and leading to the growth of numerous weeds between the slabs. She didn't want the issue to persist, so she took to the internet to search for concrete repair Minneapolis. When she found our website, she decided to claim her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Gary S, our Design Specialist, was headed out to the home.

Once Gary finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to let him know that we could address the problem with the help of our PolyLevel. He explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath a sinking concrete slab. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, and in the process, it lifts the sunken slabs back to their desired location. Gary went on to say that, once the lift had been completed, he was recommending the installation of our NexusPro; a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the cracks and joints in the concrete. It works to protect the vulnerable soil below, as it is specifically designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner liked the sound of Gary's plan, and scheduled the job for some time later.

When the installation date rolled around, one of our concrete Foremen, Troy J, headed out to the home. He and his team were able to complete the lift in no time, and now, our customer can enjoy her refreshed concrete!

Sinking Walkway Gets a Lift in Saint Paul, MN

A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, was bringing home some groceries one day when she took a nasty tumble going up her front concrete stairs. When she turned to look to see where the hazard was, she was surprised to see that her front concrete walkway was slowly sinking and separating from his front concrete stairs. She had no idea how long the issue had been forming but knew she wanted to have it fixed. She began to look for a concrete repair company in Minnesota and eventually found our website. She signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Kyle P, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.

Kyle got right to work inspecting the concrete. When he finished, he informed the homeowner that he wanted to use our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back to its desired height.  Kyle went on to say that once the concrete had been lifted, he wanted to see the lift protected with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and works to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the slab.
