First, Lane and his crew made sure the space was cleared for the installation. Next, Lane and his crew installed Drainage Matting on the basement floor. Once the Drainage Matting was secured, Lane and his team attached CleanSpace to the crawl space walls and floors. Finally, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Then, the crew installed the TripleSafe along the eastern crawl space wall. Finally, the crew installed the Aprilaire next to the TripleSafe sump pump. Once all the products were secured, Juan and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly secured. They also sprayed our foam insulation along the rim joists to finising sealing the crawl space from the outside and installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space to get rid of the musty smell and humidity. The combination of these waterproofing products created a clean, dry, and energy efficient space. We were able to ensure that Gerald’s crawl space would permanently be protected from water seeping in. Gerald is glad he chose to protect his home for the long-term.
