Wet, Musty Crawl Space Repaired in Dent, MN

A homeowner in Dent, MN, noticed a musty odor around their home. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner searched for the source of the odor around their home. Unsure of the causes, the homeowner began looking into "wet crawl space repair near me". After the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, James, to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

After James promptly arrived at the home, he began his thorough inspection of the crawl space. During the inspection, James confirmed the odor was coming from the crawl space and needed to be repaired. To prevent this issue from worsening, James recommended encapsulating the entire space. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with James to schedule the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Emmanuel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Emmanuel and his crew cleared out the crawl space. Next, the crew shifted to laying Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. After the Drainage Matting was laid, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew installed the SuperSump and Aprilaire in the crawl space. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
