Sunken Ceiling Lifted in Willow River, MN

Christine C.'s ceiling was sinking into her basement, making her feel scared and uncomfortable living in her own home. After doing some research online, she came across American Waterworks and our foundation repair products. She called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Christine was confident in Chad's proposal, so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production team installed 15 of our 7-foot-tall SmartJacks and their brackets to lift and stabilize the ceiling. Our SmartJacks provide a solid support for sagging beams and can be adjusted overtime to make sure they are still doing their job.
