Deteriorated Foundation Wall and Crawl Space Restored in Saint Paul, MN

Daniel F., a resident of Saint Paul, MN had a deteriorating foundation wall, as well as a musty and sagging ceiling and crawl space in his basement, causing him to worry severely about the value of his home. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Moisture Barrier in the crawl space, which is made to keep the crawl space dry and protects the space from wood rot or mold. Next, our team installed our 1'-3' SmartJacks in the crawl space, which is very compatible with our vapor barrier because it prevents mold and humidity while also repairing the structure. Next, Dylon and his team applied our spray-on solution called ShotLock around the foundation wall perimeter. Our ShotLock repairs deteriorating walls and it is twice as strong as concrete. Lastly, our team applied new concrete throughout the entire basement floor, which gives the space a neat and clean finish. Daniel was thrilled with the work and had a great experience with our team!
