Robert H. of Menomonie, WI had cracked a cracked foundation wall in his basement, making him worry about the structural build of his home. Our office staff got in contact with him and set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Tim Schneider. Tim went to his home, examined the wall, and drew out a design and plan of our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Robert was confident in the proposal and got all of his questions answered, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by digging small holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. Our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation wall to each hole outside of the home. At the ends of each rod, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor. Our wall anchor system is made to stabilize foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil beyond the foundation and pulling them back to their original position. To complete the project, our crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Juan and his crew made sure Robert was happy with the repairs and answered all of his questions! 

Nick E. of Menomonie, WI had cracked and bowing foundation walls, causing him to worry about the stability of his home. He got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chuck. He was interested in our foundation repair and waterproofing products, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to meet with him and present our services. Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize Brian’s basement walls by installing 32 of our CarbonArmor strips along the perimeter of the foundation. The CarbonArmour system utilizes epoxy and carbon fiber strips to strengthen the foundation walls. Next, the crew began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and through the middle of the floor to install the 140 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and feed line. Then, the crew filled back the gaps with rock, replaced the concrete, and cleaned up their work area. Brian is happy with the results and confident that he chose the best solution for his home!
