Our production team started the installation process by drilling holes into the brick wall and inserting long metal rods that go into the soil outside of the home. Our Foreman, Juan, and his production team began the project by digging small holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. From the inside of the foundation, our team inserted a long, metal rod to each hole outside of the home. At the ends of each rod in the soil, our team installed an anchor plate, which holes the rod in place underground. From inside the foundation, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod to stabilize the foundation wall. This combination allows the wall to straighten itself out over time and because of the way our anchor system is designed, it can be tightened by the homeowner to ensure it is still doing its job. To complete the work, our team backfilled each hole beyond the foundation and compacted the soil. Steve was happy with the work that was done and had a good experience!
