Jerry was pleased to hear that we could permanently secure his foundation by installing wall anchors, so he scheduled to have our foundation repair system installed.

Our production team started the installation process by drilling long metal rods into the soil underneath the garage floor and through the block foundation wall. They removed small rectangles of concrete from the garage floor where they would secure the other end of the rods. They screwed anchor plates on to the rods and tightened them as far as they would go. Lastly, they replaced the concrete in the garage and cleaned up. The process was quick and efficient. Jerry was very pleased with the results and is glad he chose to protect his foundation by having it permanently repaired.
