Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

During the inspection, Ian confirmed the basement was suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Ian recommended installing GeoLock Wall Anchors along the struggling walls. The homeowner agreed, and the plans were sent to our Foreman to begin the installation. Our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew promptly arrived at the home and began the installation. Franklin and his crew successfully installed all the GeoLock Wall Anchors and attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall. Once the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. The weight of the home was able to transfer through the helical pier to deep soils. Lastly, Matt and his crew replaced the soil to make sure the yard looked neater than when they found it.
