During the inspection, he first took a close look at the walkway, measuring how much the slabs had sloped and settled. Then, he moved inside, testing the humidity levels in the basement. After reporting his findings, Darin worked closely with the homeowner to create a custom solution to repair the issues they were experiencing. To restore safety to the walkway, he recommended using PolyLevel, our poly foam solution that is injected beneath the slabs to quickly lift them, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant to seal the joints. To waterproof the basement, he recommended using Aprilaire, our strong dehumidifier to control the humidity levels. Happy with the recommendations, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.
