Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew began the project by clearing debris and readying the spaces for installation. Richie had advised Madella to invest in our WaterGuard system. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic barrier installed right onto the problem walls and works to catch water entering the space through cracks and holes in the wall. This also reduces the home's chances of being exposed to radon. The crew also used spray foam to seal and waterproof the homeowner's crawl space. Our spray foam is designed to keep the heat inside and prevent cool air from coming in.

First, Charlie and his crew began by lifting the sinking walkway with PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam solution. Once the walkway was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing several joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The wall anchor system permanently stabilizes the foundation by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil beyond the foundation. The anchors can be tightened over time to further straighten the walls and pull them back to their original position.
