In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Dustin A., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he took a close look at the areas where water intrusion was present. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Dustin created a proposal tailored to the homeowner's budget and issue. In a couple of months, our Foreman, Kiko P., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed 54ft of WaterGuard, 44ft of CleanSpace, 1 SuperSump+, 1 IceGuard, and 1 Aprilaire. After the successful installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Mary and Gene of Laporte, MN, had sagging floors in a room in their lake house, and they wanted to get it lifted to prevent any further settlement. The couple decided to call American Waterworks to claim their FREE estimate. This entitled Mary and Gene to a free home inspection. Once the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed to the property and began a thorough home inspection to diagnose the house and propose a proper solution. Ian explained that the reason for their troubles was in part because the home was sitting on wood and suggested that they invest in our SmartJack system. The team permanently stabilized the floors using 6 SmartJacks, 28 Joist Assist Brackets, and a 36-ft Supplemental Beam in the crawlspace below. Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the repairs by taking back the carpet, and breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water and mud clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and serve as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System around the half-wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, act as an extra wall protectant, and guide water into the WaterGuard System. Lastly, Ryan and his crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System in the corner. Our TripleSafe is the best sump pump we provide for homeowners, it solves all three water problems in one system, and it provides three layers of protection. To complete the installation, our crew covered and filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it.
