Clint M. of Taopi, MN had severe water leakage in his basement and decided to call American Waterworks after seeing our company vehicles around town. Our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to his home for a FREE Estimate. After an in-depth inspection, Clint was comfortable with Shane's proposal so he set up an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his production crew began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter of Clint's basement forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain. Next, our team installed our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the wall perimeter, which serves as a thick, clean, and protective blanket for basement walls. GeoLock Anchor Wall SystemA homeowner from Alta Vista, MN had been keeping an eye on their bowing basement wall for a few years when they finally decided it was time to search for a remedy to the problem. After speaking with neighbors and friends, they decided to reach out to American Waterworks to see what they would be looking at. Once they scheduled their FREE, no-obligation estimate they were able to get a date on the calendar for one of our Design Specialists to come out to the home and conduct a thorough walkthrough. 

Once the inspection had been completed, our Design Specialist was ready to make his recommendations as to how to fix the failing wall. He informed the homeowner that this solution has minimal disturbance of the home, and is designed to permanently stabilize foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation of the home. He went on to say that after the installation is complete, wall anchors can be tightened over time to further straighten the foundation walls to pull them back to their original position.

A homeowner in Akeley, MN, noticed their deck foundation was beginning to struggle. Unsure of how to handle the issue, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. After doing some research into foundation repair options. The homeowner came across our anchor foundation repair system. The crew installed four Helical Piers on the north side of the desk. After the piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
