A homeowner in Farmington, MN, wanted to have a professional come to their home and inspect their crawl space. Unsure of which company to go with, the homeowner began asking their neighbors to see which company was best fit for their situation. Many of their neighbors raved about us, American Waterworks, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate appointment was created, we sent out our Design Specialist, Ryan, to inspect the crawl space. Following his in-depth inspection, Ryan determined that the crawl space walls required permanent stabilization. Ryan proposed a recommended solution to the homeowner that would solve their issue and allow them to straighten the walls over time. The homeowners agreed with Ryan's recommendations and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our crew arrived at the home and began the stabilization process. The crew installed eight GeoLock anchors on the crawl space walls for stabilization. GeoLocks are a foundation wall anchor system that is designed with galvanized steel. In addition to installing the GeoLocks, the homeowner asked to have the straightening kit included as well. The straightening kit will allow the homeowner to straighten their walls over time. After the crew successfully installed the GeoLocks, they were able to clean up their site and leave the home. The homeowner was relieved to know that their crawl space walls were properly stabilized. American Waterworks is happy to provide another customer peace of mind.
A homeowner in Farmington, MN was interested in increasing the curb appeal of his home and the first thing he was looking at changing was the front walkway. There were two large cracks that had formed in the surface of the concrete and the past sealant he had tried for smoothing out the area wasn't durable enough. He decided to go online and find a solution by searching for cracked concrete contractors. The American Waterworks company website was one of the first results that he was interested in because of the before and after photos of past jobs done. He decided to sign up for a FREE estimate with us and was later greeted by one of our Design Specialists. The Design Specialist explained that we had just the solution for him: NexusPro sealant for joints and cracks. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for that resists UV rays, which means it won't ever crack, bubble, or dry out. The homeowner agreed to the plans and was excited for the project day to come. Our Foreman, Sam Klennert, and his crew arrived at the site and carefully installed the sealant to the necessary areas. The homeowner was so happy to have a smooth walkway again and thanked our crew for their work.

A Farmington, MN, homeowner was growing concerned about her front walkway. It had been sinking over the years but recently had formed numerous cracks on the surface, resulting in serious trip hazards. The homeowner wanted to ensure no one took a tumble, so she began her search for MN concrete repair. When she came across our website, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo V, made a stop at her home.
Once Romeo finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to discuss recommendations. Romeo began by saying that concrete can sink for a variety of reasons but that we could fix the issue using our PolyLevel method. Romeo explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below sinking concrete slabs and slowly lifts the slabs back into place. He went on to say that once the lift is complete, our team will install our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent moisture from getting below the concrete to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of Romeo's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Dylon V, and his team were able to lift and seal the concrete without complications. Now, our customer is thrilled to know she no longer has to worry about trip hazards!
