Once the crawl space was cleared, the crew shifted their focus to installing Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Following the Drainage Matting, the crew shifted their focus to installing TerraBlock on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the crawl space walls and floors. Finally, the crew finished up by installing Foamax on the outside crawl space walls. After Kiko and his crew completed the installation, they cleaned up their materials and left the home. Mr Reker reached out to us in July with concerns from all the heaving, cracking and uneven concrete he was noticing around his property in Mantorville, MN.  

American Waterworks was able to design a comprehensive plan to permanently lift and stabilize the sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane formula called PolyLEVEL.

A homeowner from Mantorville, MN, was down in his basement one day when he noticed a damp patch of carpet by the baseboard of one of his walls. He recalled that his area had been hit by a storm recently, but grew concerned about rainwater entering his space. He immediately took to the internet to search for 'interior basement waterproofing near me', and quickly found our website. Our Design Specialist got right to work assessing the basement. When he finished, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. It works to trap water entering through small holes or cracks in the wall, directing it downward and into a perimeter drain, which in this case, was recommended to be our WaterGuard drain. It works to collect the water entering from the CleanSpace, as well as water entering through holes in the floor, giving it a channel to flow freely to a disposal site like a sump pump or discharge line. Our Design Specialist had noted that the collected water had no means to exit the basement, so he recommended our SuperSump sump pump. This effective and economical pump is engineered to help keep the basement dry and healthy for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy water intrusion.
