Steven from Hanover, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice his front concrete slab was sinking. He didn't want to risk water pooling and ruining the slab, so he called our office. We set him up with our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Jarrett, headed out to the property. After his inspection, he recommended the use of our PolyLevel injection. Jarrett explained that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is meant to be injected below the slab, filling any voids caused by erosion while raising and stabilizing the slab. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Tyler, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the slab. Next, he injected the foam and was careful to monitor the lifting process to ensure no over-correction was made. When he finished lifting and leveling, he sealed any cracks or porous holes with our NexusPro to ensure no water would get under the slab. When the job was done Steven was happy to know his concrete slab wouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon! 

Nathan and Deanna C. of Stanchfield, MN were experiencing water moisture issues in their crawl space and wanted it repaired right away. Our Foreman, Garrett Luke, and his production team began the installation by laying 748 feet of drainage matting on the ground. Then, our team applied 1,196 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Encapsulation around the whole crawl space perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity, hide any holes or divots, serves as an extra wall protectant, and it gives the space a neat and clean appearance.

Randy I. of Stanchfield, MN had high radon levels in his home and he was looking to get a radon mitigation system installed in his home. Our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew member, Geno, installed our radon mitigation system from his utility room, through the garage, to the attic, and up through the roof. Merle M. in Watertown, MN had multiple cracked foundation walls in his basement. The walls were starting to bow inward, and he had noticed the walls gradually deteriorating over the years. Jeremy assured Merle that we could permanently restore his foundation by installing wall anchors. Merle was pleased to hear this!

Our team installed 8 wall anchors by drilling small holes through the damaged foundation walls, inserting long metal rods and securing each end of the rods with wall anchors. The process took about two days, but now Merle's foundation is permanently repaired, and his peace of mind has been restored.

David N. in Saint Michael, MN was concerned about the unsafe concrete walkway leading to his front door. The uneven concrete posed a dangerous trip hazard for him and his family, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate! We sent one of our Design Specialists, Reed Hudson, to his home. After inspecting David’s concrete, Reed designed a solution using our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant. David was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a faster, quicker and less invasive solution compared to traditional mudjacking.

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson and his crew, drilled small holes into the concrete where to foam needed to be injected. Then, they carefully injected the foam until the concrete slabs were raised and leveled with each other, therefore eliminating the trip hazard. Once they finished raising the walkway, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete, and give it a beautiful, finished look! The process only took a few hours to complete, and now David can enjoy a beautiful, safe walkway for years to come.
