Following the inspection, Kole determined that the deck needed to be properly stabilized. Kole proposed a recommended plan of action and they agreed. Once they were approved, the plans were finalized by the office and directed to the assigned crew. After they arrived, the crew began by prepping the area of the Helical Pier installation. The crew installed four Helical Piers on the north side of the desk. After the piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their desk was permanently stabilized. American Waterworks is happy to stabilize another customer's home.

Our production crew laid Terra Block matting on the entire dirt floor, a SmartDrain sump pump, and then installed CleanSpace over the top of it and along the walls. We also sprayed our rim joist insulation to protect his entire crawl space. Thomas was so happy with the work we did, and he has peace of mind that his crawl space is protected. His crawl space is now a clean, healthy space that will remain that way for years to come.

Maren R. in Farmington, MN had a foundation wall in the basement that had a long, horizontal crack through it near the top. The wall had started to bow inward so Maren decided that it was time to reach out to a professional. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew installed 8 Geo-Lock wall anchors along the wall. This immediately halted any further deterioration of the wall, and once the anchors were completely tightened, the wall began to straighten. The installation took two days to complete, but having the anchors installed has restored Maren’s peace of mind. Ian and Sarah C. of Farmington, MN had cracked concrete leading up to their porch, making them consider the value of their home.
