We sent one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, to meet with Penny, evaluate the situation, and propose the best, cost-effective solution. Penny was impressed with Jeremy’s presentation, and she moved forward with the project.

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize the basement walls by installing 7 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the damaged foundation. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Penny’s peace of mind has been restored, and she is glad she made the investment to protect her home!

A Town Home association in Delano, MN had a situation where water was leaking into the basement of a tenant’s Town House. They reassured that tenant that they would resolve the situation as quickly as possible, so they contacted American Waterworks to waterproof the basement.

When our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, entered the basement to provide them with a FREE estimate, he discovered that their old sump pump had failed and that had caused the wet basement. Chad developed a thorough waterproofing plan that was the most beneficial for the townhome association as well as the tenant living there.

Our production team installed our Iron Oaker drainage system and a SuperSump sump pump. The drainage system properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and out of the townhome. The installation process took two days, but since our waterproofing system is guaranteed for a lifetime, the townhome association can rest easy knowing they chose the right long-term solution.

Donnie A., the President of a townhome association in Delano, MN, had previously met with one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, and was impressed with his professionalism and the products American Waterworks has to offer. So, when the townhome association started seeing issues with sinking concrete, he knew Chad was the guy to call. Chad presented Donnie with our PolyLevel concrete repair option, and Donnie was glad to learn that PolyLevel is a more durable, non-invasive alternative to mudjacking or total concrete replacement with a much quicker installation and cure time. The board approved of the plan and moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and Co-Foreman, Tyler Brockway, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The board members and homeowners were thrilled with the results and happy they can enjoy beautiful and level concrete for years to come! 

Tom and Jamie A. of Delano, MN were looking for a contractor that could level and repair their sidewalk. They got in contact with our company and requested a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went to their home, inspected their sunken and cracked concrete, and determined a solution that would work for them and their budget. Our Foreman and his crew started the project by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the concrete to lift and stabilize the concrete surface. This product is a special foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete that are caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath and to give the concrete a clean, neat appearance.

Kyle headed out to Jim's property and began a thorough inspection of the home to obtain a proper diagnosis of the home and prevent any other issues from arising. Kyle proposed to Jim that the best solution to the issues he is experiencing is to invest in our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Once the job is done the production team then places a new layer of concrete around the TripleSafe to provide a cleaner and more finishing look.
