Desiree S. was suffering from a wet basement and a damaged foundation wall. The wall had multiple cracks, was bowing inward, and water was seeping through. She did her research and was glad to learn that American Waterworks has been the leading foundation repair contractor in the region for 30 years! She contacted us to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist to her home to evaluate the situation and propose a permanent solution to fit her needs.
We were able to restore Desiree’s basement by installing Geo-lock wall anchors along the damaged foundation, which immediately halted the deterioration and began to straighten the wall. Then our production crew installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. These waterproofing products work together to keep her basement a dry and healthy space. Desiree is happy she made the investment to protect her home.
A Claremont, MN, homeowner was doing some landscaping over a long weekend when he took a little tumble over a section of uneven concrete. The homeowner knew that many people frequented this concrete path, so he wanted to get it fixed right away, although he was unsure of who to turn to for his uneven concrete slab. One night he was watching a football game when he saw one of our commercials advertising lifting and leveling uneven concrete surfaces. He called the next day to set up his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Brad W, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Brad got right to work inspecting the concrete. When he finished, he informed the homeowner that his issue could be resolved with our PolyLevel injection. Brad explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when its injected beneath uneven concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, in the process, lifting the concrete back to it's desired location. Brad went on to say that as a safeguard measure, he was recommending our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and serves as a barrier against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner liked the sound of Brad's plan, and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team were able to complete the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our customer can enjoy a day tending to his home, without worries of uneven concrete!

A homeowner in Claremont, MN, noticed an odd noise coming from their basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner decided to take a closer look. After some investigating, the homeowner discovered the noise was coming from their sump pump. The homeowner was worried this was a sign of a larger issue, so they began searching for a replacement. The homeowner looked into "best home sump pump near me," and one of the first companies to catch their attention was us, American Waterworks. Once they saw our elite sump pump lineup, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Brady. A few weeks later, Brady promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Brady confirmed the sump pump needed to be replaced. Additionally, Brady found several areas suffering from water intrusion. To prevent these issues from worsening, Brady recommended replacing the sump pump and installing additional waterproofing products. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed with Brady's proposal. Once the plans were approved, Brady passed the proposal to our Logistics team to give the final stamp of approval. Our Logistics team built the project, then it was assigned to our Foreman, Luis, and his crew. When the project date arrived, Luis and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, the crew began by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew went ahead and installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know they have one of the best sump pumps on the market. American Waterworks is happy to provide their homewoner's peace of mind.
Don in Nashua, IA contacted us regarding a concrete issue at his business. He had two large garage doors on each end of his shop, and the concrete slabs right outside the garage doors had sunken and caused a trip hazard. We sent a Design Specialist out to his shop to inspect the concrete and provide him with a FREE estimate.
Don was impressed with our PolyLevel concrete repair solution, so he chose to move forward with the project. Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete slabs and injected the polymer foam. Once the slabs were completely raised, they filled back the holes with concrete and sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The sealant protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look.
