Roger R. of Middle River, MN had water leaking from his pre-existing sump pump, causing him to worry about water moisture and flooding in his basement. He got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to his home, examined his problems, and came up with a solution. Roger was comfortable with Richie's proposal, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replaced it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Our TripleSafe is made with three levels of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Roger was happy with the work and had a great experience with our crew! 

Heather M. in Ionia, IA had a sump pump that was unable to keep up with the amount of water that needed to be discharged from her basement. The TripleSafe has three layers of protection, so Heather can rest easy knowing that her sump pump will not fail her this time. Once the water is guided to the sump pump, it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our team also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier which protects the walls from water seeping in and the potential growth of mold. The combination of these waterproofing solutions ensure that Heather’s basement will now be a clean, dry and livable space for many years to come!

Our Foreman and his production crew began the process by installing our TerraBlock over the crawl space dirt floor. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier, which transforms the crawl space into a dry, clean, and energy-efficient part of the home. It also prevents mold, insects, and other pests from invading the space. The installation took less than a day and the homeowner was very satisfied with the final product!
