Soon after, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the appointment was set, we sent one of our Design Specialist, Jesse, to perform an inspection of the foundation and sidewalk. Jesse arrived at the home and introduced himself to the homeowner, then began the inspection. Following his detailed inspection Jesse found that their foundation was struggling and the sidewalk was sinking. Jesse recommended the foundation be permanently stabilized and the sidewalk is lifted and leveled. The homeowner agreed and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home and started the project. First, the crew focused on stabilizing the foundation with GeoLock anchors. The crew attached five GeoLock anchors on the west wall. Once the GeoLocks were secured, the crew shifted their focus to lifting and leveling the concrete sidewalk. To lift and level the sidewalk, the crew utilized PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. After the crew successfully lifted and leveled the sidewalk, they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the wonderful work completed by the crew. A homeowner in Richfield, MN, noticed their basement began to smelly musty. Unsure of what was causing this odor, the homeowner started looking for an expert to provide them with some answers. Lane and his crew started the project by installing the WaterGuard, our below-floor drain system, around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew could shift to replacing the old sump pump with the SuperSump+. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace along the basement walls. Finally, the crew installed a buried discharge line. Once all the products were successfully installed, the crew cleaned up their products and left the home. A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, noticed that the floors in her basement had been wet and was unsure of the cause. Knowing the issue would not fix itself, the homeowner began searching for basement waterproofing contractors in Minneapolis, MN, and found us. In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Ryan P., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the basement, answer any questions, and provide the best solution to the homeowner. During the inspection, Ryan noticed water stains along the perimeter of the basement. He explained to the homeowner that it appears that the water leaks are due to a failed footing drain. When this fails, water saturates the soil surrounding the foundation and water forces itself through cracks on the walls, between the footing and the wall, or beneath the footing. To effectively tackle this issue, Ryan recommended installing WaterGuard, our below-the-floor perimeter drainage system that collects water at the perimeter of the basement and sends it to the sump pump, SuperSump+, our elite sump pump system capable of removing 2,200 gallons of water per hour, and IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line that allows water to escape in case the discharge pipes freeze. After looking over Ryan's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Francisco E., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed 35ft of WaterGuard, 1 SuperSump+, and 1 IceGuard. After they were done with the installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Kim B. of Blaine, MN had water leaking in part of her basement so she called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Michael Janousek, went out to her home to detect the issue and come up with a solution. Kim was comfortable with the presentation, so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team installed our WaterGuard and CleanSpace Wall System where it was leaking most. Our WaterGuard serves as an underground drain and collects water from basement walls, while our CleanSpace prevents humidity and mold from invading a specific area. Kim was happy with the turnout, and is no longer experiencing water seepage problems! 

A Blaine, MN, homeowner had been dealing with an issue for a while. His concrete patio was slowly sinking, creating a trip hazard. The homeowner didn't want any more damage to come to his backyard, so he decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Romeo, headed out to the home.

Once Romeo completed his inspection, he delivered his recommendations to the homeowner. He explained that we could address the sinking concrete using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and to slowly lift the concrete back to its desired location. Romeo then said that once the lift is complete, our team would go in with our NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied directly to cracks and joints in the lifted concrete. It works to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the slab to the vulnerable concrete below. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job to be completed several weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy J, and his team headed out to the home and completed the lift and seal with no complications. Now our customers can enjoy their outdoor space without worrying about trip hazards!
