A homeowner in Delano, MN, noticed their sump pump was beginning to make odd sounds. Concerned by this noise, the homeowner knew they needed a professional to inspect the sump pump. The homeowners were unsure who they should reach out to, so they began researching on the internet. One of the first companies to populate was us, American Waterworks. Impressed by our list of services and high reviews, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the details were finalized, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Dylan. Once Dylan arrived, he began his evaluation of the sump pump and basement. Following his inspection, Dylan determined that the sump pump needed to be replaced. Dylan recommended that the TripleSafe sump pump be installed, and the homeowners agreed. Dylan sent the drawn-up plans to the assigned crew and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Gustavo, and his crew arrived at the home. First, the crew removed the old sump pump from the home. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump into place. Then, the crew dug a buried discharge line outside the home. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. The crew wrapped up production and cleaned up their job site. The homeowners were relieved to know that they have a brand new, secure sump pump in their home. American Waterworks is happy to provide another customer peace of mind.
A homeowner in Delano, MN, was concerned that his settled concrete slabs would be a trip hazard for guests and family members, so he decided to look into concrete lifting in the area. The homeowner then found our website and was extremely impressed with our concrete before and after transformations so he contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate.
In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Gary S., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the problem areas, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. Gary explained to the homeowner that soil washout is one of the most common causes of settled slabs. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground and washes away supporting soil, keeping the slab upright. For this reason, Gary recommended PolyLevel, our waterproof foam expanding formula that accurately lifts sinking slabs, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that is engineered to provide flexibility and long-lasting durably. The homeowner happily agreed, and Gary's design was sent to our Foreman, Sam K.
In about two weeks, Sam and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small holes into the slabs and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, causing it to lift. Once it is lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, they used NexusPro to seal a few of the joints. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 44 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is made to collect water seepage from basement walls, act as an underground drain, and prevent water clogs. Edgar and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our crew laid the carpet back down once the concrete dried. The homeowners were thrilled with the work and are happy they have a reliable draining system for their basement waterproofing needs!
Brittany and Matt R. of Mayer, MN had cracked and bowing foundation walls in their home, making them worry about the structural build and safety of their home. They went online and came across our website on Google. After looking through our foundation repair products, they saw that we provide FREE Estimates for all of our services. They called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew. Brittany and Matt were comfortable with Shane's proposal and the product, so they signed the contract and went ahead with the installation.
Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrbuias, and his crew began the installation by digging seven holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. Next, our team drilled a long, medal rod from the inside of the home to each hole outside. Once they found the end of the rod in each hole, they screwed on and tightened an anchor plate, which tightly holds the rod in place with the soil. Our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Anchor to the ends of each rod inside of the home to strengthen and straighten the foundation wall back into its original position. To complete the installation, Jesus and his crew backfilled each hole and made sure the soil was tight and compact, leaving the yard looking much neater than when they found it. Brittany and Matt were happy with the work and could not believe it only took one day!
