 The office staff was great and very accommodating! Ben was my Design Specialist and he was terrific. He was very customer-oriented and spoke very highly of the company -- a true professional. My project turned out better than I anticipated! Exceptional crew -- very good at what they do.  I will definitely use American Waterworks for any additional problems. I was impressed by Ben and Troy's crew on how they believed in what they do and how highly they spoke about the company. 

I liked the idea that you could use the driveway the same day and didn't have to tear up my yard.  Rick was very helpful and explained how the job would be done.  Brandon really knows what he is doing.  He was very careful, neat and made sure we were satisfied with the work.  He and his helper did a great job.

I wanted to pass along my thanks to the crew who worked on my basement.  Their work was outstanding, and I love having a dry basement following all this rain.  The time of installation was during such a difficult time for me and my family, and the workers were so very kind and accommodated my coming and going and worked with such professionalism. Please pass along my thanks and appreciation for a job well done.  Also, Matt the supervisor was exceptionally kind and led his team very well. Thank you! 

I would like to thank the three men who installed the vapor barrier in my crawl space. They were so polite, seemed to enjoy their job, were singing, laughing, and working very hard. I never saw them sitting around. So many times they made me chuckle. There are no other words except THANK YOU! They were such a joy to have at my home. I believe they went above and beyond with moving rock, dumping dirt, and keeping things clean. Thank you guys!!

The crew came earlier than scheduled, worked extremely hard, only took a short lunch break. They explained things to me well and asked me what i wanted done if something came up and gave me what options I had. I have a crawl space that they had to go in for the piping to the sump pump. They were very polite and what an amazing job they did. Very impressed with their knowledge and work, I would Highly recommend them to anyone with water problems in their basement.

The Service Technicians came to do an annual inspection/service on the basement waterproofing and window installation we had done last summer. The technicians were great! They are polite, professional, and very knowlegeable. They explained everything they were doing and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend! 

Trevor and Brevyn were very professional. They worked industriously and coordinated their duties very efficiently - Were very conscious of "clean-up" along the way - explained the unfolding process to me and welcomed my questions. They are great representatives for your company.

We really enjoy your crew coming!! They are prompt and Very Professional when they are here!! They take the time to explain what they did and answer all of our questions. They come prepared with everything I requested when I made the appointment. We asked about your radon system.....Totally Prepared!!! We bought the system!!!  😁 We totally recommend your company!!! I would give American Waterworks a 10 Star!!!!! Dakota and Tyler were here to install our radon system. We were Very Happy with their work!! They were Courteous and ready to answer any of my Questions. Everything was cleaned up when they left. The office staff was quick to set up our appointment. The service technician, Kyle, patiently explained the entire process for our waterproofing annual maintenance. He answered all of our questions, was friendly, and very accommodating. We are very pleased with the service department! We will continue to use American Waterworks. See you next year! 

The office staff was very helpful! The Design Specialist, Dustin, went right to work inspecting our home. He was very nice and really knew what he was doing. The installation crew was very good and well organized. They did a really nice job and cleaned up everything very well. We are very satisfied with the entire process!

Over the last 17 years we have dealt with water in our basement on an on/off basis and always hated it when we had to clean up water and move or throw stuff away. You installed our system last summer and I am sleeping so much better and smile every time I hear the pump run - sending water outside! What a Blessing your organization is!
