I have had these structural issues with my home for many years and have tried different ways to fix the problems. The American Waterworks inspector took time to analyze the issues and develop a cost effective and efficient way to correct the problem once and for all. As a retired professional engineer myself, I am impressed with the results and am confident of their long term effects.

Things went very well right from the start. They phoned when they were en route what time they would arrive and once they did it took them a very short time to assess the job and they went to work. We were amazed at how fast and methodical the men worked explaining along the way how the work would progress and were happy to answer any questions we had and to address one small change that had to be made. After the job was done they did make a great effort to clean the area and asked us to do a walkthrough to make sure everything was done correctly or if there was anything more that could be done. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and would recommend American Waterworks to anyone with basement water problems. We chose to work with American Waterworks after seeing their design and estimate for our waterproofing project. All of the staff we had contact with were cordial and helpful. Our Design Specialist, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident with their decisions and labor work. The installation crew went to work immediately and did a great job! The work crew were very professional and courteous. They did a great job installing the system. Would have them back again if they were needed.

They did a wonderful job!! We had drain tile put in and they had to jack hammer the old stuff up. They were very clean when they did their work. Very nice staff and wonderful to work with. Answered all our questions and then some!! They were in and out in 3 days. Highly recommend!!

The office staff was very courteous and pleasant. The Service Technician was very professional, exlpained things clearly, and was not pushy. The cleanup was great! 10 out of 10. 

The crew that worked on our basement was great! They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up everyday after they were done and protected the surrounding area they were working in. They got the job done in the time frame allotted. We are happy with how it turned out! 

The team that came out to handle my basement work was professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions in a thoughtful manner. I have had work done by another major basement system company and I found American Waterworks to be more competitive in their pricing models and easier to work with. I could not hesitate to have them do more work in my home.
