Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Water Leaking into Basement in Chaska, MN

Challenge

Joe C. in Chaska, MN had a failed sump pump in basement. The battery had died, and water was seeping into his basement, causing damage to his home. Joe was frustrated with having a wet basement, so he contacted American Waterworks to learn more about our waterproofing system.

Solution

We were able to successfully waterproof Joe's basement by installing a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system and a SuperSump sump pump. The water is now properly drainage through our drainage system, to the sump pump. From there, the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Joe has been able to enjoy a dry and heathier basement since the installation.
