Basement Waterproofing Case Studies: Basement Restored in Ivanhoe, MN

Challenge

Harlan, U. in Ivanhoe, MN was suffering from water leaking into his basement. The water had caused damaged to his belongings and it had made the basement a dirty, unhealthy space. Each time he experienced a heavy rainfall, he would have to deal with the frustration of having a wet basement. He wanted to find a way to fix his wet basement to ensure this would not happen again, so he started to research local waterproofing contractors.

Solution

We were able to sucessfully waterproof his basement by installing our WaterGuard drainage system and connecting it to a TripleSafe sump pump. Then we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system along the basement walls to protect his basement from moisture and potential mold growth. With the combination of these waterproofing products, Harlans’s basement is now a dry, clean space.
