Water Damaged Basement Repaired in Rochester, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Rochester, MN, heard an alarming noise coming from their sump pump. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution to the issue. After looking into several companies, only one stood above the rest: American Waterworks. Solution

Once the appointment date arrived, our Sales Manager, Peter, traveled to the home to begin the estimate. First, Peter began by completing a full inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Peter confirmed that the sump pump needed replacement and additional waterproofing products needed to be installed. The homeowner agreed with the proposal, and then the project was sent to our Logisitics team to give the final stamp of approval. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew began the installation. First, Kiko and his crew took out the old sump pump. Then, the crew installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew installed the SuperSump.
