Challenge

A homeowner in Saint Paul, MN, received a reminder that it was time to schedule their annual maintenance with American Waterworks. The homeowner contacted our Service team and scheduled their annual maintenance appointment. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Senior Service Technician, Darin. The following week, Darin arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the installed products.

Solution

During the inspection, Darin confirmed that all the products were running correctly. However, Darin did notice the west wall showed several signs of water intrusion. Darin shared his findings with the homeowner and recommended installing Foamax along the struggling wall. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed with Darin's recommendations. Darin and the homeowner worked together to find the best date for the installation. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Juan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. Juan and his crew secured the Foamax, a polyisocyanurate foam insulation panel, on the west wall. After the products were secured, the crew cleaned up and left the home.
