A homeowner in Albert Lea, MN, was cleaning their basement when they discovered that their block foundation walls were beginning to separate. Solution

Once the Design Specialist arrived, they began a thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, the Design Specialist confirmed the walls were beginning to fail and were leaking water. To stop these issues from progressing, the Design Specialist recommended installing several waterproofing and foundation repair products. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with the Design Specialist to schedule the best date. Next, the project was assigned to our Foreman, Matt, and his crew to begin the project. First, Matt and his crew secured the WaterGuard and replaced to old sump pump with the TripleSafe. Next, the crew attached PowerBraces to the damaged foundation walls. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls.
