A homeowner in Rochester, MN, knew it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner contacted our Service Coordination team and signed up for their annual maintenance appointment. Once the appointment details were set, the homeonwer prepared for the arrival of our Service Technician, Jack.

Solution

Once Jack arrived at the home, he began his thorough inspection of the installed products. Jack confirmed that all the products were running properly; however, he did notice that there were signs of water intrusion along the basement perimeter. Jack proposed waterproofing that section of the basement, and the homeowner agreed. Next, Jack worked with the homeowner to schedule the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Juan, and his crew traveled to the home and began the process. First, Juan and his crew began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump, one of our elite sump pump systems. After the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
