Solution
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Daniel R., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, he noticed multiple signs of a damp basement, such as high moisture levels, wood rot, and standing water. After taking a close look at the problem areas, Daniel created a proposal for the homeowner. In the proposal, Daniel recommended installing WaterGuard, our below-the-floor perimeter drainage system that collects water and directs it to the sump pump, SuperSump+, our elite sump pump system capable of removing 2,200 gallons of water per hour, and IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line the allows water to escape in case the sump pump discharge lines freeze. After looking over Daniel's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to his recommendations and scheduled the installation date with our Foreman.
In about two months, our Foreman, Jeromy A., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed 53ft of WaterGuard along the perimeter of the basement. They also replaced the homeowner's current sump pump with our SuperSump+ and installed 1 IceGuard outside of the home. Once the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
