Following a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Dayton, MN, noticed water damage in their basement. Anxious about the level of damage, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with answers. The homewoner looked into "waterproofing mn" and at the top of the list was us, American Waterworks. After seeing our eye-catching before and afters, the homeowner knew that we were the ideal choice for their project. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate.

Solution

Once the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Design Specialist, Darin. During the appointment, Darin confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Darin recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed. Next, the project date was set, and it was assigned to our Foreman, Lane, and his crew. Lane and his crew promptly arrived at the home and started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
