Flooding Basement Saved in Waseca, MN

Challenge

After a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Wauseca, MN, noticed standing water throughout their basement. Concerned that there was a leak somewhere in the basement, the homeowner immediately knew who to call: American Waterworks. Since they did a fantastic job installing foundation repair products in their basement, the homeowner knew that their home would be in the best hands. Solution

Kyle promptly arrived at the home and took a closer look at the basement. Once he completed the inspection, Kyle found that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. Kyle recommended waterproofing the entire basement, and the homeowner agreed. Next, Kyle worked with the homewoner to schedule the best installation dates. Once the installation date was set, our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Matt and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls.
