A homeowner in Rochester, MN, noticed their basement had mold and water stains throughout. Worried this would become a serious issue, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ryan, to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. Once he completed, he confirmed that the basement was suffering from water intrusion and needed to be permanently stabilized. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with the Design Specialist for the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Gabriel and his team started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and installing the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls.
