In a recent project located in Saint Paul, MN, we assisted a homeowner who faced noticeable basement issues, including mold, a persistent musty smell, and water stains along the floor edges. Recognizing the potential for further damage, the homeowner reached out to us. Our proficient team began by coordinating with a Customer Care Specialist, who swiftly scheduled a FREE inspection.

Solution

Following this, our Design Specialist, Ryan P., conducted a comprehensive assessment, identifying the root causes of the water intrusion. This allowed us to offer a precise and tailored solution. Our Foreman, Kiko P., and his crew employed a combination of our hallmark products: WaterGuard, SuperSump+, and IceGuard. First, 44ft of WaterGuard system was installed discreetly beneath the basement floor, ensuring effective and non-obtrusive water collection and management. Paired with the SuperSump+ sump pump, known for its robust and reliable operation, this configuration effectively directed any collected water away from the home’s foundation. Then, we added an IceGuard system to the sump pump's discharge line, preemptively mitigating any danger posed by frozen pipes during harsh winters. The result was a dry, odor-free basement that offered excellent peace of mind and utility to the homeowner.
