A homeowner in Sleepy Eye, MN, knew it was time to repair their weeping walls. Knowing they could not repair this issue themselves, the homeowner began looking into "basement waterproofing near me". At the top of the results was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan.

Solution

A few weeks later, Dylan traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. During his evaluation, Dylan confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the issues from worsening, Dylan recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the home. Knowing this was the best plan, the homeowner agreed and worked with Dylan to find the best installation date. After the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, Kiko and his crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached Carbon Armor to the bowing foundation walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly repaired.
