Leaky Basement Repaired in Grand Rapids, MN

A homeowner in Grand Rapids, MN, noticed water stains throughout their basement. Concerned that they had a basement leak, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. Solution

Nathan promptly arrived at the home and started his thorough inspection of the basement. During his detailed inspection, Nathan found that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Nathan recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. The homeowner agreed and worked with Nathan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Francisco, and his crew traveled to the home and started the project. First, Francisco and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, Francisco and his crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall.
