A homeowner in Crookston, MN, noticed water was leaking from their basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner began looking into "flooded basement repair near me". Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ian, a few weeks later. Ian traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement.

Solution

Once Ian arrived, he introduced himself to the homeowners and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the estimate, Ian confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the issue from worsening, Ian recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. The homeowner agreed with Ian's recommendations, and then the plan was sent to our Foreman, Roel, and his crew. Once, Roel and his crew traveled to the home, and they began by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Once the TripleSafe was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
