A homeowner in La Crosse, WI, noticed their sump pump was beginning to malfunction. Concerned that this was a sign their basement was in serious trouble, the homeowner looked into "sump pump experts near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Dustin, to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

Dustin promptly arrived at the home and started the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Dustin confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Dustin recommended installing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. The homeowner agreed with Dustin's recommendations, and then the plans were sent to our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew. First, Arturo and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, Arturo and his crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. After the WaterGuard and TripleSafe were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
