A homeowner in Rochester, MN, had noticed a musty odor coming from the basement and was concerned that they were experiencing mold issues. Knowing the issue must be addressed immediately, the homeowner contacted us and scheduled their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Brian R., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection. During the inspection, Brian took note of the areas where water intrusion was present.
